Healthy Dutch 'kapsalon'
A 'kapsolan' doesn't have to be unhealthy. Especially when you make it yourself! With this vegetable-packed chicken saloon, you'll have a delicious meal on the table in no time.

Preheat the airfryer/oven to 200 degrees, then fry the fresh fries according to packaging. Shake regularly.
Meanwhile, cut the tomato, cucumber and bell pepper into small cubes.
Fry the marinated chicken breast cubes until cooked (about 10 minutes).
Then take four bowls and divide the fries and chicken between them. Sprinkle them with a little grated cheese and put them in the microwave at 800 Watts for another 3 minutes.
When the cheese has melted, garnish the 'Kapsalon' with the iceberg lettuce, tomato, cucumber and bell pepper. Divide the vegetables among the four bowls. Add garlic sauce to taste.
