1 cucumber
juice of 1 lemon
2 cups of water
Sugar or honey

Cut the lemon in half and squeeze it into the water.

Add sugar or honey to taste.

Put this mixture into the ice cream moulds and place in the freezer for an hour.

Meanwhile, grate the cucumber.

Remove the ice cream moulds from the freezer and stir the ice cream well. Add about one tablespoon of grated cucumber per ice cream mould to the ice cream.

Put the filled ice cream moulds in the freezer for about 3 to 4 more hours and your homemade water ice cream is ready!
