Ingredients
half a cucumber (or 1 mini cucumber)
1 clove of garlic
100 ml semi-skimmed yogurt
1 whole wheat bread roll
2 tsp lemon juice
half tsp olive oil
dill or ground cumin

Tip:
Delicious as a sauce with fried tofu, chicken, the barbecue or just simple on bread. | Note: Use plant-based yogurt to keep the recipe vegan, and/or use gluten-free bread to keep the recipe gluten-free, and/or use pasteurized yogurt to keep the recipe pregnancy-proof.
Getting Started

Peel the garlic and squeeze the clove over a bowl.

Add the yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil and pepper.

Wash the cucumber and finely shave or grate it over the yogurt mixture. Leave this in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

Season the mixture with dill or cumin and some pepper, if necessary.

Slice the pistolet and serve with it.
