A delicious breakfast smoothie with bell pepper, banana, strawberry, yogurt and oatmeal. Easy to make and packed with vegetables and fruit!

Tip: 
Substitute the yogurt for, say, Skyr for a high-protein breakfast. Note: Use plant-based yogurt to keep the recipe lactose-free and vegan, and gluten-free oatmeal to keep the recipe gluten-free.
Getting Started

Cut the bell pepper into pieces. Remove the crowns from the strawberries and the skin from the banana and put everything in the blender.

Add the yogurt and oatmeal.

Turn on the blender until smooth. Since it's a breakfast smoothie, it may stay a bit thicker.

Pour the breakfast smoothie into a nice glass and enjoy your breakfast!
