8 snack peppers
200 grams of tuna in water (2 cans)
3 tbsp (low-fat) mayonnaise
half a red onion
Pepper
optional: fresh parsley

Cut the snack peppers in half and remove the crown and seeds. Chop the onion.

Drain the tuna cans and put them in a bowl. Add the onion and mayonnaise and mix well.
