Ingredients
half a pointed pepper
250 grams of vine tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
bake (baguette) roll
3 tbsp olive oil
half a tsp apple vinegar
salt and pepper
10 fresh basil leaves

Getting Started

Mash the pointed pepper with the garlic cloves and olive oil.

Dice the tomatoes and tear the basil leaves. Add this to the pepper mixture along with the cider vinegar, pepper and salt.

Let this marinate for preferably 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut the roll into strips and bake according to packaging.

Taste the pepper mixture and add extra cider vinegar, pepper or salt if necessary.

Serve the mixture on a toasted (baguette) roll or on toast.
