Pasta Pesto Perfecto
Make the perfect pasta pesto with Grand'Italia Pesto, cherry tomatoes and colourful pointed peppers. Enjoy this explosion of flavour and vitamin boost.

Bring a large pan of water to boil. Cook the Penne Tradizionali according to the instructions on the package, for about 11 min, keeping it nice and "al dente.
Meanwhile, drain the mozzarella balls well. Halve the cherry tomatoes and cut the pointed pepper into rings.
Drain and drain the pasta. Use a large bowl so you can make the pasta pesto. Add the drained penne to the bowl and drizzle with the olive oil.
Mix the Pesto alla Genovese into the pasta. Add three quarters of the cherry tomatoes, the mozzarella balls and the pointed pepper rings. Mix well.
Divide this delicious pasta pesto among four plates and sprinkle the last halved cherry tomatoes on top. Finish with the fresh basil leaves.
